sr66 Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Records
This page covers every money operation on sr66 — how to put funds in, how to take them out, and how to keep your transaction records straight. We support Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX and Bank Transfer for eligible Malaysia regions, where local law permits. Each method lives under the Banking tab once you log in: Deposit and Withdraw are the two main actions, and your full transaction history sits in the History sub-tab right beside them. If this is your first time, start with the Deposit section below to see the step-by-step flow, then read the Withdraw section so you know what to prepare before you request a payout.
Adding funds starts at the Banking tab — tap it after login and you land on the Deposit screen where all available local payment methods are listed for your account. Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow are the two rails we see used most often for quick mobile deposits; FPX lets you push funds directly from your online banking app if that is more convenient. Pick the method that matches the wallet or bank account you have ready, enter the amount shown within the permitted range for that method, and confirm. The receiving wallet is your sr66 account balance, which updates once the payment provider confirms the transaction on their side.
Log In and Open Banking
Log in to your sr66 account, then tap the Banking tab at the top of the screen. Select Deposit from the two main options shown.
Choose Your Payment Method
Pick Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX or Bank Transfer. The available methods for your account and region are shown on screen — only eligible options appear.
Enter Amount and Confirm
Type the amount within the min-max range shown for that method, review the details on the confirmation screen, then approve the payment in your wallet or banking app.
Balance Updates on Confirmation
Once your payment provider sends a success signal, the amount is added to your sr66 balance. Check the History tab to see the deposit entry with its reference number.
TAKE YOUR FUNDS OUT
Withdrawing From Your sr66 Balance
When you want to move money out, go to the Banking tab and choose Withdraw. The withdrawal screen lists the payout methods available for your account — Bank Transfer and GrabPay are the two verified rails on sr66, so those are what you see when your account identity is confirmed. Before you request a withdrawal, make sure the account name on the destination bank or wallet matches the name registered on your sr66 account; mismatched names are the most common reason a payout is held for manual review. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, double-check the destination details on the confirmation screen, and submit.
Open Withdraw in Banking Tab
Log in, go to Banking, then select Withdraw. Available payout methods — including Bank Transfer and GrabPay for verified accounts — are listed there.
Enter Amount and Destination
Type the withdrawal amount within the range shown, then confirm the destination bank account or wallet details. The account name must match your sr66 registered name.
Complete Identity Check if Prompted
For larger withdrawals or your first payout, the system may prompt an identity step. Follow the fields shown on screen to clear it before the request is submitted.
Track Status in History Tab
Open History to monitor the status label on your withdrawal. Keep the reference number handy in case you need to reach support for a status update.
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION STEPS
sr66 Account Identity Verification
Verifying your identity on sr66 is a one-time step that unlocks full withdrawal access and protects your account from unauthorised activity. We ask for a government-issued ID — your MyKad is the standard document for Malaysia accounts — plus a selfie or a photo that matches the ID. Once submitted, our team reviews the documents and updates your account status. The verification status is visible in Account Settings under the Profile tab; you can check it any time after submitting.
Go to Profile in Account Settings
After login, open Account Settings and select the Profile tab. The Verify Identity option is listed there — tap it to start.
Upload Your MyKad
Submit a clear photo of the front and back of your MyKad. The name on the document must match the name registered on your sr66 account.
Submit a Matching Selfie
Take a current photo holding your MyKad or following the on-screen prompt. This step confirms the ID belongs to the account holder.
Check Verification Status
Return to the Profile tab to see the current status — Pending, Approved or Action Required. An Action Required label will show what we need you to resubmit.
LOCAL PAYMENT METHODS
Payment Methods on sr66
The payment methods listed below are the ones available to Malaysia accounts on sr66, subject to your account status and the eligible region at the time of the transaction. Each method appears in the Banking tab after login — only the ones active for your account are shown. Availability depends on local law and eligible regions; check your Banking tab for the current options rather than relying on a static list here.
Touch 'n Go eWallet
Link your Touch 'n Go eWallet for mobile deposits. Tap the option in the Deposit screen, enter the amount, and approve in the app
DuitNow Transfer
Send funds directly using DuitNow from any participating Malaysia bank. The DuitNow reference ID for your sr66 account is shown on the Deposit screen.
FPX Online Banking
Use FPX to push a deposit straight from your internet banking login. Select your bank from the FPX list shown in the Deposit screen and follow your bank's approval flow.
GrabPay
GrabPay is a verified payout rail on sr66. It appears as a withdrawal option once your account identity is confirmed and the method is active for your region.
Bank Transfer
Bank Transfer is available for both deposits and withdrawals on eligible sr66 accounts. The destination account details are shown in the Banking tab at the time of each transaction.
MATCHING TRANSACTION RECORDS
Match Your Wallet History to Your sr66 Account
Every deposit and withdrawal on sr66 generates an internal reference number that matches the transaction entry in your History tab. When you also have a reference from your bank app or e-wallet, line the two up to confirm the funds moved correctly. This is especially useful after a DuitNow or FPX transfer, where the bank-side reference and the sr66-side reference both carry the same transaction amount and timestamp. If the two records do not align — for example, your app shows a deduction but your sr66 History shows no matching entry — that reference pair is exactly what our support team needs to investigate.
Find the sr66 Reference Number
Open the History tab in Banking. Each transaction row shows an internal reference ID, the amount, the method used and the current status label. Note this ID before contacting support.
Match Against Your Wallet or Bank App
Open your Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow record or bank statement. Find the entry with the same amount and timestamp. The reference on that side pairs with the sr66 entry.
Read the Status Labels Correctly
Pending means the payment provider has not yet confirmed. Approved means it cleared our side. Completed means the funds are in your sr66 balance or have left to your bank.
Save Evidence for Queries
Screenshot both the sr66 History entry and the payment app confirmation before you contact support. The sr66 reference number plus the wallet reference number together let us locate the transaction quickly.
ACCOUNT AND TRANSACTION SAFETY
How We Protect Your sr66 Banking
Account security on sr66 runs across four areas: the connection, the identity check, the wallet ownership step and the support path. We encrypt the connection between your device and our platform so that payment data is not exposed in transit. Identity verification means only the registered account holder can request a payout. Wallet ownership confirmation ties each payment method to a name that matches your account, which blocks unauthorised fund movements. If something looks wrong — a transaction you do not recognise, or a status that has not moved — our support team is the direct route, not a community forum or a third-party site.
Check the Domain Before You Log In
Always access sr66 at sr66. Bookmark the address after your first login so you land on the correct domain every time and avoid look-alike pages that may try to capture your login details.
Identity Verification Protects Payouts
Completing your MyKad verification in the Profile tab means no one else can request a withdrawal from your balance. The verification status is visible to you in Account Settings at any time.
Wallet Ownership Tied to Your Name
The bank account or e-wallet you add for withdrawals must match the name on your sr66 account. This one-to-one link is the mechanism that keeps your payout path closed to third parties.
Support Is the Right Route for Disputes
For any transaction query — a missing deposit, a payout on Pending for longer than expected — contact sr66 support directly through the Help channel in the account menu. Have your reference number ready.
BANKING QUESTIONS ANSWERED
Frequently Asked Questions About sr66 Banking
These are the questions we hear most often from Malaysia accounts about deposits, withdrawals and verification on sr66. If your question is not covered here, the Help channel in your account menu connects you directly to our support team.
Which deposit methods are available on my sr66 account?
After login, open the Banking tab and select Deposit. The methods shown there — which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX and Bank Transfer — are the ones active for your account and eligible region at that point in time.
What is the minimum amount I can deposit using DuitNow on sr66?
The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are shown on the Deposit screen when you select that method. We do not publish a fixed figure here because limits can change; check the live amounts shown in your account at the time of deposit.
My Touch 'n Go eWallet was deducted but my sr66 balance did not update — what do I do?
Take a screenshot of the deduction in your app, noting the reference number and timestamp. Then open the History tab in sr66 Banking and check the status of the matching entry.
How do I request a withdrawal using GrabPay on sr66?
Go to Banking and select Withdraw. GrabPay appears as a payout option once your account identity is verified and the method is active for your region. Enter the amount, confirm the destination details match your registered name, and submit.
Why is my withdrawal still showing Pending in the History tab?
Pending means the payout is awaiting approval or your payment provider has not yet confirmed receipt. Check that your identity verification is complete in the Profile tab. If the status has not changed after a reasonable wait, contact support with the withdrawal reference number from your History tab.
Do I need to complete identity verification before my first withdrawal on sr66?
Yes. Completing the MyKad upload and selfie step in Account Settings under the Profile tab is required before a withdrawal can be processed. Doing this before your first payout request avoids a hold on that transaction.
